This principle fosters an unusually dedicated workforce requiring a culture of respect, recognition, inclusion and collaboration based on the highest ethical values.PROFILE DETAILS:Reporting to the Supply Chain Director SEA, the Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager provides oversight for the McCormick manufacturing excellence processes which drive Continuous Improvement and Thailand Supply Chain Comprehensive Continuous Improvement (CCI) program. This role works closely with teams across the business to drive improvement activities through the development of people and processes in a manner consistent with McCormick's High-Performance System. Managing and coordination cross-functional team on a Supply Chain manufacturing excellence (or Journey to Excellence system) execution and leading CCI saving project target deliverable. KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES, INCLUDE ONLY ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Acts as an internal consultant for Thailand site to work with the plant management team to identify, lead, define and implement value add continuous improvement activities to generate continuous and sustainable financial benefits to McCormick Thailand.Facilitate the Plant Steering Committee to identify appropriate continuous improvement projects and measure to validate project results and report on progress towards OGSM's. Utilizing CCI project leads to implement projects in a timely and cost effective manner. Manage the Journey to Excellence program for Thailand plant and facilitates relevant training workshop.Project lead key cross-functional CCI projects for the Thailand Supply Chain. Track, report and communicate project progress to CI & JTE Teams, Executive Leadership Team and serve as the general spokesperson for project and program results as necessary across CCI and JTE.Assess Supply Chain business process to identify gaps and solutions to improve process effectiveness.Oversee the products standard process and associated financial analysis. EDUCATION: A. Discipline Engineering or Food TechnologyTPM, LEAN, 5S & Six Sigma certification required. Additional certifications preferred in Project management. Individuals will generally enter this role with a combination of demonstrated technical and leadership skills equivalent to 5-8 years of experience. Sustained demonstrated leadership of teams within a high performance environment. Knowledge and experience of the manufacturing environment essential.
