Supply Chain Analyst

Ibex, Pakistan for one of it's global client is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support our Data Center Client, with a focus on connectivity-related procurement and financial operations. The role requires strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills to ensure smooth management of Purchase Orders (POs), invoices, and data validation within our connectivity systems.Key Responsibilities: Manage Connectivity Purchase Orders (POs) with service providers such as AT&T, Zayo, EU Networks, and other telecom vendors.Handle PR/PO requisitions from initiation to order approval and execution.Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and timelines.Oversee invoice receipting on a monthly basis for connectivity-related services.Generate and analyze reports on invoice volumes (e.g., total invoices received under cost center 738, quarterly and annual metrics).Collaborate with the Accounts Payable (AP) team to resolve receipting and invoice-related queries promptly.Work closely with the General Ledger (GL) team and GN Connectivity to identify and address any variances or accrual discrepancies.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to verify and validate connectivity data before uploading it to the central database.Maintain accurate, up-to-date procurement and invoice records.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.1–3 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or financial operations, preferably in a technology or telecom environment.Strong working knowledge of Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) processes.Experience collaborating with AP and GL teams for invoice reconciliation and accrual management.
