Job DescriptionResponsibilities and DutiesManage all Spare Part Areas for CTO and B2BDefine optimal and safe stock targetsActive Stakeholder Management with BUs on Spare Part needsReview of Spare Part Portfolio and Maintenance contracts to include or remove Spare PartsOptimize Reporting and Tooling to allow BUs to fulfill service managementReview and optimize all flows and processes related to Spare Parts including RMAsCoordinate with Sustainability Manager on obsolete stock to respect Sustainability guidelinesDefine KPIs for Spare Part ManagementEnable Feedback cycles with related BUs including surveys on performance and qualitySkills RequiredExcellent communication skillsSound knowledge of Spare Part PortfolioNetwork knowledge is a mustSound knowledge in Spare Part managementStrong Change Management skillsPro Active and self-managed working disciplineStrong Influencing and Negotiation SkillsAbility to understand complex Business FlowsSound understanding of data processingFluent German and English language skills verbally and writtenMinimum 3+ years’ experience
