Supply Chain Analyst

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Amazon via Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Amazon. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team, where you will play a crucial role in enhancing our supply chain operations. In this position, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and reduce waste.

You will be responsible for problem-solving and designing effective solutions for our network while maintaining and updating internal documentation for training and reference purposes. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain management. Responsibilities: - Drive continuous improvement by identifying ways to streamline processes and reduce waste. - Problem solve and design solutions for the network. - Maintain and update internal documentation for training and reference. - Verify Bill of Material (BOM) ordered in full using Excel. - Communicate with startups to provide updates on BOM delivery dates through weekly calls.

- Coordinate BOM delivery dates with Logistics Center and procurement teams. - Consolidate reallocated inventory lists and upload them into the system for receipt on site using Excel. - Lead inventory review calls and provide estimated time of arrival (ETA). - Complete procurement of gap orders four weeks prior to testing, including creating orders in Coupa as needed. Skills: - Strong mathematical, logical, and problem-solving skills. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with 5+ years of recent experience. - 2+ years of experience with Smart Sheet. -Experience in analyzing supply chain logistics- Strong analytical abilities with experience analyzing large datasets for supply chain organizations.

- Conceptual understanding of systems and configuration management. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Transportation/Supply Chain/Operations discipline preferred. - Analyst work background or focus on higher education is advantageous.
