We’re hiring a Supply Chain and Inventory Planning Specialist to join a fast-growing company in the health, wellness, and retail sectors.This role combines end-to-end demand and supply planning, inventory management, reporting, vendor coordination, and ordering process optimization across e-commerce and retail environments.You’ll work closely with company leadership, manage supplier and store relationships, and support multi-brand operations — helping to build the operational foundation as the company scales.This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you’ll transform manual processes into scalable, data-driven workflows that drive growth and efficiency.Compensation & PerksSalary Range: ₱75,000 - ₱100,000/month (Final offer based on skills and experience matched to role requirements)Work Setup: 100% permanent work-from-homeBonuses:$25 monthly perfect attendance bonus Performance bonusAnniversary bonus (₱5,000 at 1 year; ₱10,000 at 2 years)$300 referral bonus per successful hirePaid Parental LeavePaid Time Off:7 holiday PTO days/year6 regular PTO days/yearHealth Coverage: Comprehensive HMO planWhat You’ll Do1) Demand and Supply PlanningDevelop and maintain accurate demand forecasts, supply plans, and replenishment schedules.Prepare and manage purchase orders (POs) across SKUs, brands, vendors, and retail locations.Monitor lead times, identify risks, and ensure timely ordering cycles.Proactively flag and resolve supply chain inefficiencies or delays.2) Inventory Management and ReportingTrack and analyze inventory across Shopify, ShipHero, Stocky, and 3PL systems.Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and supply reports.Build or refine Excel/Google Sheets reports (using templates or from scratch).Maintain item master data and support vendor onboarding.3) Supplier and Retail CoordinationLead supplier review meetings and manage vendor communications.Coordinate retail store needs and ensure accurate order placements.Communicate anomalies, risks, and trends clearly to management and store teams.4) Process Optimization and Continuous ImprovementStreamline ordering workflows using Stocky’s automated PO features.Support system integrations and explore automation opportunities.Document processes and assist in team training for improved workflows.What We’re Looking For2–5 years of experience in supply chain management, demand/supply planning, or inventory managementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Excel or Google Sheets expertise (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data modeling)Experience using Shopify, ShipHero, Stocky, and 3PL platformsExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independentlyComfortable working CST or EST hoursNice-to-HavesExperience in eCommerce, retail, or discount store operationsFamiliarity with QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or other ERP toolsInterest or background in process automation or AI-driven efficiency improvementsTools & PlatformsShopify – eCommerce & inventory visibilityShipHero – Inventory & warehouse operationsStocky – Automated PO and supplier integrationExcel / Google Sheets – Advanced reporting and planningSlack – Internal communicationQuickBooks – (Nice-to-have) Financial insights and PO tracking3PL Management SystemsWhy You’ll Love Working HereAt GrowthAssistant, you’ll collaborate with a diverse, talented team, sharpen your skills with global clients, and make an impact in your career.
