The Sourcing Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including conducting supplier research and evaluation, managing supplier & customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and overseeing procurement processes. The Sourcing Associate will also ensure compliance with sourcing policies, coordinate with internal teams, and manage documentation and contract management tasks.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $30,000 - $45,000 (Varies on Qualifications and Experience)Additional Incentives: 5%-10% Commission of Profits Generated per TransactionQualificationsU.S BasedStrong Analytical Skills and Contract ManagementExcellent Communication and Contract Negotiation abilitiesExperience in Procurement processes and Supplier ManagementAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentProficiency in relevant software and toolsPrevious experience in international trade or sourcing is a plusBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field is a plus
