We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.Job DescriptionOversee the entire procurement process, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of raw materials and products.Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for production and customer demand while minimizing costs and excess inventory.Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize costs, enhance efficiency, and ensure smooth operational performance.Analyze data and key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, implement corrective actions, and enhance overall supply chain performance.Ensure all supply chain activities comply with regulations, industry standards, and internal company policies, and prepare relevant reports.Identify potential bottlenecks and disruptions within the supply chain and proactively develop solutions to mitigate risks.Manage and optimize transportation and distribution networks to ensure efficient and timely product deliveries to customers.Collaborate with various departments such as production and sales to forecast demand, plan production schedules, and coordinate logistics activities.RequirementsAble to communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Skilled in negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes.Capable of addressing supply chain challenges, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions.Strong ability to analyze data and metrics to drive informed decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.Able to develop and execute strategies that align supply chain operations with business objectives.Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools for planning, tracking, and analysis.Highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.We have a 'CREATED' culture (Collaboration, Responsible, Efficient, Agile, Tough, Extraordinary, Detail).
