Supply Chain Consultant

We are expanding our Go-To-Market organization and are looking for new professionals to join us and drive the sales for supply chain planning and execution solutions in Sweden – enabling agile supply chains for new and existing happy customers such as Electrolux Professional, ABB, Campari, Metso.

We now recruit – Supply Chain ConsultantAs a Supply Chain Consultant, you will play a key role in consulting on systems related topics with mid and C-level of customers, understanding their operational challenges, and helping define digitalization roadmaps that deliver measurable business value. You will work closely with many internal stakeholders (e. g. sales and delivery teams) in a pivotal role, acting as a trusted advisor to our customers throughout their journey. Your background in manufacturing, production, or operations planning and leadership will be essential in building credibility and delivering impactful consultations. Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in customer meetings to understand business needs and identify improvement opportunities. • Scope customer needs and define starting points for digitalization, creating multi-year roadmaps. • Deliver product demos that clearly link customer challenges to sedApta solutions. • Conduct pre-studies and consultations to analyze current processes and recommend improvements. • Support project scoping and define the first steps in software implementation. • Present solution offers and ROI calculations to support customer investment decisions. • Collaborate with product managers and delivery teams to estimate schedules and custom features when needed. • Support project ramp-up and customer change management during delivery.

• Lead roadmap meetings and identify up-sell opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle. Background: • Strong experience in planning and leading manufacturing, production, or supply chain. • Ability to engage with customers at both operational and strategic levels. • Experience in utilising systems and leading with data in industrial and supply chain settings • Skilled in identifying business challenges and translating them into solution roadmaps. • Comfortable presenting complex solutions in a clear and compelling way to C-level audience. • Experience in consulting, technical presales, and/or solution selling is a plus.
