Supply Chain Coordinator - 6-month contract

The Role We’re seeking a hands-on Supply Chain Coordinator to join the business in a temporary capacity, supporting order management and logistics during a key transition period. You’ll manage customer orders through both EDI and manual systems, troubleshoot errors, coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams, and ensure every order is processed accurately and on time. You’ll handle stock monitoring, returns, invoicing, and reporting while maintaining alignment across ERP, WMS, and e-commerce systems. This role is highly visible and fast-moving, involving regular interaction with customers, warehouse staff, finance, and buyers. It’s the perfect fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working in an environment where no two days are the same. The Ideal Candidate You’ll bring experience in supply chain coordination or order management within a product-based environment, ideally using ERP systems such as Business Central, SAP, or NetSuite. Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail are key. You’ll be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking initiative when challenges arise.
