Supply Chain Coordinators are responsible for (not in order):The detailed master planning of primarily fresh baked goods (breads, rolls, bagels) with some inventoried frozen SKUs, short and long term;Achieving and maintaining set KPI levels for fill rate, inventory targets and other established metrics;Open communication, collaboration and engagement with Wonderbrands key Team Members including Logistics, Finance, Manufacturing, Customer Center of Excellence, Procurement and Product Life Management;Participating in continuous improvement goals. This role is in a FAST-paced environmentPrimary Responsibilities:Manage and oversee our supply chain activities on weekends and holidays for our fresh/frozen businessIndependently troubleshoot challenges such as breakdowns, carrier issues and capacity shortagesParticipate and lead daily calls to ensure manufacturing is on trackCoordinate production changes between sites as requiredContribute to maintaining key KPIs such as fill rate at 98.5%Create transport plans for future sales days (linehaul and delivery planning)Review and monitor returnable packaging inventoryDevelop key relationships with other Wonderbrands Team Members, including manufacturing sites and logisticsRespond to requests from and for manufacturing, customer experience, distribution centres, transport and salesClear and open communication with internal and external partners (verbal and written) in a timely matterAbout You:Enrolled in a recognized University or College with preference for a focus on Engineering, Science, Supply Chain, Statistics or Mathematics1 year of related work experience (or equivalent co-op or internship placements)Understanding of basic supply chain principles including forecasting, inventory control and logisticsSuccessful candidate will be results driven, find innovative solutions to problems, be proactive in identifying issues and opportunities, strike a balance between fair and progressive, be detail orientated, be comfortable multitasking and be inquisitive and analyticalSAP and TMS experience preferredModerate to advanced excel skills requiredWritten and spoken French is an asset but not requiredPositive attitude and a results-oriented mindsetBright, driven and clear about your future career goalsRoll up your sleeves mentality with a whatever it takes mindset to get the job done Be available to work on weekends and holidays What is the recipe for a great career at Wonderbrands?Working at Wonderbrands, there is never a dull moment!
