Supply Chain Coordinator (m/f/d)

Our equipment is used, among other things, to inspect welds, detect hidden cracks, voids, porosity, and other internal irregularities in various materials.TasksEnsure effective inbound and outbound logistics operations for assigned business lines.Execute and manage purchase requisitions, order processing, order tracking, and warehouse coordination.Guarantee material availability in alignment with confirmed customer delivery dates.Maintain close and continuous communication with global and regional suppliers, manufacturing sites, and regional warehouses.Define required inventory levels for the assigned item portfolio in collaboration with Demand & Supply Planners and Product Managers.Act as the primary point of contact for logistics and delivery-related topics for internal stakeholders, including Sales Support, Product Management, and Sales.Monitor operational performance and proactively resolve issues, including open order and bottleneck management.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in logistics processes.RequirementsUniversity degree in business or equivalentMinimum of 1 year of professional experience in business analysis or a related field.Experience in an internationally operating company is preferred.Experience in project-based work.Familiarity with lean methodologies (e.g., KAIZEN) is a plus.Knowledge of planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP or similar) is advantageous.Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications.Strong self-motivation, initiative, and communication skills.Fluent in English; basic knowledge of German is desirable.BenefitsFlexible working hours, 50% remote work possible30 days of holiday per year13,5 salaries a yearModern office and inspiring working environmentSubsidized meals in the neighborhood of our office (Stadtküche)Public transport ticket (100% subsidized) or free parking spaceBike leasingSubsidy fitness first gymEmployee Assistance Program to support your health, mental and emotional well-beingComprehensive company pension schemeJoint company events and activitiesEvident Inspection Technologies Germany GmbH is an equal opportunities employer and we look forward to receiving your application.
