Job Description
Key Responsibilities :Order Fulfilment: Managing the entire process from order placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Shipping and Logistics: Coordinate with shipping carriers and third-party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure order delivery is in accordance with SLAs.Customer Service: Collaborating with customer service teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt issue resolution and follow-up.Analyze operational performance to ensure all operational meet requirement to accelerate the business goal.Engage with the Warehouse/Store to maintain the order fulfilment and improve the high service level agreement to customer.All reporting related to SCM.Ensure the availability of packaging materials.Required Skills1-2 experience in relevant background.Familiarity with Omnichannel, eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, Tokopedia) and Order Management Systems (OMS).Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address operational challenges.Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
