Job DescriptionORION EE is a leading company in developing and producing advanced products in MV/LV switchgear equipment with its highly motivated and dynamic team. For our growing team, we are looking for;Supply Chain EngineerWho will be responsible for:Manage procurement planning for raw materials and subcontracted components.Create and update material requirement plans (MRP) according to production and sales forecasts.Prepare and issue purchase order forms, ensuring accuracy in quantity, pricing, and delivery details.Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery and capacity alignment.Support import processes by providing shipment data, customs documentation, and supplier coordination when needed.Preparing material lists, technical specifications, and data for RFQs.Analyze stock levels, identify shortages or overstock risks, and prepare inventory reports.Maintain and update ERP system records (BOMs, material codes, purchase orders, delivery dates, work orders).Track and evaluate supplier performance (on-time delivery, quality, cost).Communicate with R&D and Quality teams regarding technical or material-related issues.Assist in process improvement projects within the supply chain and inventory management system.Generate and present regular performance reports (inventory turnover, delivery performance, supplier performance, cost KPIs)With skill / qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related engineering fields.1–3 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or material management (preferably in manufacturing).Experience with ERP/MRP systems.Strong command of Microsoft Excel.Strong reporting and data analysis skills.Ability to generate and visualize data for supply chain performance reportingFamiliarity with PCB/PCBA processes and electronic component sourcing is an asset.Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented mindset.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Fluent in English (both written and verbal).You will be a perfect match if you have:A passion for data-driven problem solving and continuous improvement.Curiosity about how materials, data, and decisions flow together in manufacturing.A mindset that enjoys both analysis and hands-on coordination.A genuine interest in electronics manufacturing and learning how PCBA, assembly, and testing processes connect.The motivation to build better systems, not just follow existing ones.You will be a part of:#teamORIONeeAt ORION EE, we believe that teamwork and collaboration are key to success and quality.
