Supply Chain Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain and InventoryManager to manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, supplier coordination, andlogistics across Amazon and Walmart marketplaces. This role is responsible forensuring optimal stock availability, controlling logistics and storage costs, andmaintaining profitability at the SKU level.Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Planning & Demand Forecasting (of Amazon) Analyze historical sales velocity trends for each SKU across all accounts. Forecast future demand and finalize monthly sales velocities. Take proactive actions such as shipment expediting, rescheduling, orcancellations to avoid stockouts or overstocking. Ensure healthy inventory levels across all SKUs and marketplaces.Supplier and Purchase Order Management Plan, review, and place purchase orders with suppliers. Review Proforma Invoices (PI) to ensure accuracy of quantities, pricing, andterms. Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely production and release of shipments forcustoms clearance.Logistics and Shipping Management Plan and review shipping schedules to optimize shipping costs while maintainingstock health. Create and manage shipments in Amazon Seller Central and Walmart SellerCenter. Coordinate with freight forwarders and Amazon Global Logistics (AGL) forshipping documentation and logistics execution. Track shipments and resolve delays or documentation issues.Customs and Compliance Review and approve customs clearance documents. Ensure correct product classification, declarations, duties, and tax calculations. Verify that charges are accurate and aligned with applicable regulations.Cost and Profitability Optimization Monitor inventory planning impact on profitability at SKU and account level. Ensure storage costs remain within predefined thresholds at all times. Review and optimize FBA fees and product packaging to reduce fulfillment andstorage costs.Marketplace Policy Awareness Stay updated on Amazon and Walmart policy changes related to inventory,shipments, fees, and returns.Required Qualifications Proven experience in supply chain or inventory management for Amazon FBA. Strong understanding of demand forecasting and inventory planning. Hands-on experience working with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customsclearance. Proficiency in Google Sheets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and ownership mindset. Ability to manage multiple SKUs and accounts simultaneously.Nice to Have Experience with Walmart Seller Center. Experience with inventory planning tools or ERP systems. Knowledge of international shipping and compliance requirements.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) In-stock rate and inventory turnover Storage and fulfillment cost control Shipment accuracy and on-time delivery Inventory profitability at SKU levelSalary Range PKR 75,000 – 125,000 per month (Based on experience, skills, and expertise) What We Offer Competitive market-based salary and performance-driven growth opportunities Exposure to international e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon & Walmart) Opportunity to work remotely in a fast-paced, data-driven environment Career growth and learning opportunities in supply chain and marketplace operations
