Supply Chain Expeditor (Entry level) - 6705Our client, a global market leader in the production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients, both in the chemical and biotechnology sectors, is looking for a supply chain expeditor to work remotely for a period of 12 months on contract basis and support their team. As an Expeditor you will be responsible for :Main Responsibilities:Ensuring the material / package reporting systems is up to date in the PMP (Project Procurement Plan)Ensuring that the On Time Delivery (OTD) of desk expediting packages allocated to you are meeting the KPI targets set for the Department.Ensuring that all Supplier Monthly Progress reports (MPR) are received on Time and shared on time with Stake holders.Ensuring Timely notification to Suppliers for Delayed MPRCo-ordination with Third Parties for Expediting InterventionsShare Weekly Expediting Intervention plans with Stakeholders.Support order Management in processing Expediting related InvoicesMIS Reporting for the Department.Qualifications and Experience:Relevant working/residency permit or Swiss/EU-Citizenship requiredExperience in a similar role in the past.Good communication skillsOrganizing skillsExcellent Computer Skills in Microsoft Office Data Analytics & ReportingQuick learner.
