Role SummaryThe Supply Chain Finance Manager provides financial leadership and analysis to support supply chain operations. This role ensures cost efficiency, accurate forecasting, and strategic decision-making across procurement, production, and logistics.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage supply chain budgets and forecasts.Analyze COGS, inventory, and logistics costs; identify cost-saving opportunities.Optimize working capital through inventory and payment term management.Partner with Procurement and Operations to support sourcing and vendor negotiations.Evaluate ROI and CAPEX for supply chain projects and investments.Prepare financial reports and dashboards; monitor KPIs such as cost per unit and inventory days.Assess financial risks related to suppliers, currency, and global sourcing.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred).6-10 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years in supply chain finance.Strong analytical and business partnering skills.Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
