Across Australia and NZ, we have investments and plans in place for our rapid expansion over the next 5 years into the Renewable Energy Solutions, Industrial Automation, Power Quality, LED Lighting, Display and Control Room, Mission Critical Infrastructure, Electric Vehicle Charging and Energy Storage spaces.Position Overview:As an Operations & Supply Chain Intern at Delta Electronics, you’ll play a key role in supporting our supply chain and operations team. This internship offers hands-on experience in planning, and coordination within a global technology leader. You’ll work closely with our internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, and accurate reporting. This is a great opportunity for students nearing graduation to gain practical experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Requirements and responsibilities of the role:Assist with data collection and analysis for supply chain decisions.Maintain KPI reports.Support procurement: vendor communication, PO creation.Coordinate shipments and track orders for on-time delivery.Manage supply chain documentation.Collaborate with production, warehouse, IT, engineering, sales, and finance teams.Process customer orders and identify shortages.Handle purchasing related to MPS/MRP/BOM and projects.Perform import/export control tasks.Assist with RFQ preparation and project administration.Plan and monitor purchase orders to meet MPS and delivery schedules.Coordinate pre-purchasing with Engineering to avoid production delays.Work with suppliers on scheduling.Complete quotes within deadlines.Coordinate with factory, BU, project managers, and overseas offices for datacenter projects.Support inventory tracking and management.Identify opportunities for supply chain process improvements.Qualifications for the role:Must be available to commit to a minimum 3-month internship, ideally starting early November.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.Strong interest in supply chain processes, planning, and data analysis.Comfortable working in a structured environment with multiple stakeholders.Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.Flexibility and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Why Delta Electronics?Delta Electronics is at the forefront of innovation, providing energy-efficient solutions that make a difference.
