You’ll manage inventory across our National Distribution Centre (NDC), ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time. This role involves supplier management, stock ordering, KPI delivery, and continuous process improvement.What you’ll do:Own the ordering process across the NDC assortment, moving stock efficiently from suppliers to CFCs.Build strong relationships with suppliers, 3PL providers, and internal teams to optimise supply chain performance.Use data and systems intelligence to achieve KPIs around availability, waste, and customer fulfilment.Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive operational excellence.Support new site launches, seasonal planning, and promotional activity.About You:Experience in supply chain, inventory or demand planning within FMCG, retail, or logistics.Strong analytical skills and confidence using Excel and other systems to make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.Proactive, adaptable, and collaborative with the ability to work independently.Commercially minded with a passion for process improvement and customer impact.What We Offer:Flexible hybrid working and a collaborative, supportive environment.25 days holiday, increasing to 27 with 5 years’ service.Pension plan with up to 7% employer contribution matching.Private medical insurance, life assurance, and wellbeing support.Cycle to Work, free shuttle services, share schemes, and 15% discount on Ocado.com.Join us and be part of a culture that values your wellbeing, supports your growth, and encourages you to make a real impact.
