Do you love making a difference?The Supply Chain & Logistics Intern will be overseeing & contributing to a key project planned to go live end Q2 2026: our ecommerce expansion in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong & Taiwan, and the implementation of new omni channel capabilities in the region (Ship from store, Click & collect…), collaborating with cross functional regional teams across markets & Global teams. S/he will also assist on the completion of daily activities that support distribution and inventory initiatives for South Asia Pacific, such as inventory reconciliation or sold order management, to make optimum use of the Company's inventory. S/he acts as the direct liaison to all retail branches and sales organizations for sales support and communication.ResponsibilitiesProject coordination for our Ecommerce expansion & new omni-channel capabilities implementation.Active participation in the workshops between various stakeholders (Warehouse, logistics, planning, IT, Finance, Ecommerce, Retail Operations and Servicing) to ensure all business requirements and local specificities are properly captured in the IT solution proposed.Coordination of the project, including timely follow up of action log to respect overall project timeline, risks escalation, costs monitoring, and all reporting / communication to main stakeholders. Definition of the Test scenarios to run prior to the go live to check the proper system integration between the Ecommerce Front End, the Order Management System (OMS), the Warehouse Management System (WMS), the financial system (ERP) & our carriers, identification of the Key users for each step, coordination & monitoring of the tests, and guarantee of their quality. Change management support through communication, trainings, support of users on process changes.Definition of the standard operating procedures (SOP). Hypercare management post go-live. Warehouse team support: Inventory reconciliation + various operational follow ups.Inventory Reconciliation between systems & stock adjustment when necessary & justified.Follow up on discrepancy reporting when there is shipment dispute for inbound/outbound.Packaging forecast & sourcing.Review and timely follow up of projects and operation performance. Reports optimization.Planning Team support: Sold Order ManagementFollows up with stores on their request for sold orders when they are out of stock: Identifies where to best source the orders, raises orders in the system if can be fulfilled within the zone and coordinates with global in case can only be fulfilled from other regions. Supports planning activities on Fragrance (order placement based on forecasts & tester requirements, back orders management)Reports optimization & process improvement.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent1-2 years’ experience in Supply Chain, sales and stock analysis in Luxury or retail industryAdvanced proficiency in ExcelExcellent written/verbal communication and diplomacy skillsStrong analytical skills and detail orientedPreferredKnowledge of Analytics/Reporting tools (such as Power BI, Business Objects, etc.)
