Supply Chain & Logistics Manager

About The RoleThis role is for an innovative gut health supplement company. As the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager, the individual will own the end-to-end flow of products — from raw material procurement to final delivery. This position will involve forecasting demand, managing supplier relationships, coordinating production runs, and overseeing logistics to ensure the right products reach the right place, on time and at the right cost. The objective is to optimize processes across procurement, warehousing, and distribution, providing the visibility and structure needed to scale efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesStock Forecasting: Track sales velocity, inventory levels, and lead times to forecast demand and prevent stockouts or overstocking.Procurement & Ordering: Manage orders of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods from suppliers/manufacturers.Production Scheduling: Coordinate with manufacturing partners to ensure timely product runs.Logistics & Distribution: Arrange freight and transport to get finished products into warehouses (3PLs, distributors, or retail partners).Warehousing Coordination: Monitor stock at each warehouse, oversee inbound/outbound shipments, and ensure smooth replenishment.Process Optimization: Develop systems to reduce costs, improve accuracy, and shorten lead times.Reporting: Provide weekly/monthly updates on inventory status, upcoming risks, and procurement timelines.Required QualificationsExperience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics (CPG, supplements, or FMCG industry preferred).Strong forecasting and analytical skills (Excel/Google Sheets, ERP systems like NetSuite, Unleashed, or Cin7).Familiarity with international shipping, customs, and freight forwarders.Ability to manage relationships with manufacturers, packaging suppliers, and warehouses.Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.Note:“We are not the EOR (Employer of Record) for this position.
