Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 1+ year of hands-on experience in Manhattan Active WMS.2. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle customer interactions effectively.3. Minimum 2+ years of support experience in a production environment.Roles and Responsibilities• Strong domain knowledge in Supply Chain Management with good exposure to WMS configuration.• Minimum 10+ years of experience working with Manhattan Warehouse Management Systems / applications.• At least 1+ year of experience in Manhattan Active WMS (MA Active).• Responsible for configuring new warehouse setups, including detailed UI configuration for inbound and outbound flows.• Work on extensions, customizations, integration points, and reporting requirements.• Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing and validation.Support Project Experience (Minimum 2 Years)• Service management functions including Incident, Problem, and Change Management using tools like ServiceNow and Jira.• Conduct trend analysis, root cause analysis, identify permanent fixes and automation opportunities, and drive implementation.• Lead triage of critical/P1 issues, demonstrating strong analytical and critical thinking to provide both short-term and long-term solutions.• Exhibit strong collaboration, team-building, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.• Ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts and apply them effectively in project execution.
