Together, we ensure quality, reliability, and growth.Your RoleAs Supply Chain & Procurement Manager, you are the driving force behind our supply chain operations. You will lead a team of professionals and ensure that everything-from planning to procurement-runs smoothly. Your responsibilities include:Supporting the Commercial Team in meeting customer requirements, including new product introductions (NPI) and achieving OTIF targets. Creating site capacity plans, long- and short-term production plans, and factory schedules. Aligning with Production, Maintenance & Engineering, Quality Assurance, and R&D to deliver the desired production plan. Managing procurement and planning processes for raw materials and packaging at the lowest possible cost. Controlling inventory levels for finished goods, raw materials, and packaging while minimizing shortages, obsolete stock, and write-offs. Supporting the Warehouse Manager and team in receiving, storing, and shipping goods safely and in compliance with food safety standards. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers and 3PL partners. Staying informed about developments in international trade regulations. Ensuring accuracy of site Master Data. Managing indirect procurement activities. Leading 9 direct reports and 12 indirect reports in materials handling. Acting as a member of the management team, responsible for achieving site supply chain goals. Your ProfileWe are looking for candidates who ideally bring:At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry or related sectors. Strong analytical and numerical skills with the ability to evaluate, analyze, and present data. A practical and proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement in a fast-paced environment. Proven leadership and team development skills. A positive work ethic, perseverance, and flexibility. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, both written and verbal, with a strong command of English.
