The role will be responsible for ensuring seamless procurement, logistics, inventory management, and cross-departmental coordination to optimize operational efficiency and supply chain performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain systems, data analytics, and ERP management, with a proven track record of improving processes, driving compliance, and enabling end-to-end operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Procurement & Vendor Management: Oversee and streamline procurement activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of materials and services.Inventory & Logistics Coordination: Monitor stock levels, manage demand forecasts, and coordinate logistics to ensure efficient material flow across departments.Systems & Reporting: Leverage ERP and MIS tools to manage supply chain data, generate analytical reports, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency, accuracy, and visibility.Compliance & Auditing: Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and external regulatory requirements. Conduct regular audits and compliance reviews across supply chain functions.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with finance, operations, and production teams to align supply chain strategies with overall business goals.Qualifications:Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or certification (e.g., APICS, CSCP) will be an added advantage.Experience: 5–7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management or operations, with proven exposure to procurement, logistics, and inventory control.Technical Skills: Proficient in ERP systems, MIS tools, and advanced Excel. Strong analytical and data management capabilities.Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
