Job Description

Position SummaryThis position will lead supply chain analytics and strategic initiatives across the end-to-end supply chain. Responsibilities include managing projects, reporting, and analytics within demand and supply planning, promotions, new product introduction, supply chain master data, supplier collaboration, and S&OP across multiple customers. The role also oversees the day-to-day operations of Purchasing and Customer Service, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, supporting supervisors, and assisting senior leadership with strategic functions.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to the Purchasing team.Drive cross-functional collaboration with Customers, Supply Chain groups, DC Operations, Suppliers, and other partners.Track and manage inventory and purchasing activities across a multi-customer environment.Ensure product availability while preventing overstock/out-of-stock situations; provide feedback on purchasing performance.Oversee product orders and vendor communications; align promotional events with purchasing and customer service.Manage the supply chain project portfolio, including prioritization and timelines.Establish performance metrics to evaluate supply chain effectiveness and efficiency.Analyze inventories and procedures; recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.Identify optimal transportation and distribution routes.Detect process bottlenecks and implement solutions.Develop and deliver communications on project and operational updates.Foster strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.Promote continuous improvement to manage customer needs effectively.Create a culture of innovation and process excellence.Conduct risk assessments and sensitivity analyses for supply chain programs.Plan, prioritize, and delegate work according to shifting deadlines.Ensure compliance with quality management processes and support internal/external audits.Participate in budgeting, operational planning, and procurement decisions.Support financial objectives through department-level oversight and cost-efficiency initiatives.Contribute to a culture of teamwork, positive employee relations, and engagement.Required Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Minimum 6 years of leadership experience in supply chain management.Bilingual proficiency (Spanish & English, verbal and written).Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).Strong project management skills with proven implementation of supply chain solutions.Solid business and financial acumen.
