About the CompanyWe are seeking a proactive and hands-on Supply Chain Manager to lead and oversee the end-to-end supply chain operations, covering warehouse, logistics, production planning, and customer service functions. This role is key to ensuring operational excellence through timely delivery, optimal inventory control, efficient production scheduling, and a superior customer experience.About the RoleThe ideal candidate will be an experienced leader with solid knowledge of supply chain and production planning processes in a manufacturing environment, capable of driving performance improvements, cost optimization, and a culture of collaboration and accountability.ResponsibilitiesWarehouse & Inventory ManagementOversee daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate inventory control, space optimization, and compliance with safety and quality standards.Develop and implement SOPs for goods receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.Conduct periodic cycle counts and stock reconciliations; ensure accurate ERP data updates and reporting.Logistics & DistributionPlan and manage inbound and outbound logistics to ensure on-time, cost-efficient delivery.Oversee relationships with logistics and transport service providers, including performance and rate management.Ensure all shipping, customs, and export documentation meet regulatory and company standards.Production PlanningOversee the production planning division to ensure accurate scheduling, capacity utilization, and alignment with customer delivery timelines.Collaborate with Production, Procurement, and Sales teams to balance material availability with production efficiency.Review and optimize planning processes to minimize downtime, bottlenecks, and excess inventory.Monitor key planning metrics such as forecast accuracy, adherence to plan, and production efficiency.Customer Service & Order FulfilmentLead the customer service team to manage order processing, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.Monitor OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance and drive initiatives for continuous improvement.Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer order fulfilment.People & Process LeadershipLead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 15 across warehouse, logistics, production planning, and customer service functions.Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Establish and monitor KPIs across all functions and provide performance insights to senior management.Systems & ComplianceEnsure accurate and effective utilization of ERP systems (SAP preferred) for inventory, planning, and logistics management.Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and environmental requirements.Drive digital and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational visibility and efficiency.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline.Minimum 12 years of experience in supply chain management, including at least 4–6 years in a leadership role.Proven track record in managing end-to-end supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment.Proficient in ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage).Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.Required SkillsStrong analytical skillsLeadership skillsOrganizational skillsProficiency in ERP systemsPreferred SkillsExperience in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of supply chain and production planning processes
