Supply Chain ManagerObjective:Lead and optimize the company’s supply chain operations, ensuring on-time material availability, logistics efficiency, and achievement of production and customer service goals.Key Responsibilities:Oversee planning, purchasing, logistics, materials, and inventory management to guarantee operational continuity and target achievement in cost, quality, and delivery.Develop sourcing strategies and supplier management programs to strengthen long-term relationships and drive competitiveness.Supervise Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes in coordination with sales and manufacturing teams.Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as OTIF, inventory levels, lead time, and logistics costs.Manage import/export and transportation operations in compliance with local and international regulations.Promote continuous improvement, digitalization, and process optimization throughout the supply chain.Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to ensure integrated and profitable operations.Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain team, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and results orientation.Candidate Profile:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (MBA or postgraduate degree preferred).Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain within the automotive or metalworking industry.Strong background in materials planning, strategic sourcing, international logistics, and inventory management.Experience in advanced manufacturing environments and proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).Advanced English level.Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and strategic decision-making skills.Key Competencies:Leadership and teamworkStrategic thinkingMultitaskingResults orientationEffective communicationContinuous improvement mindset
