Supply Chain Manager

Location: Rotterdam, NetherlandsIndustry: ConstructionEmployment Type: Full-time Language Requirements: Fluent in English and Dutch (preferred)About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. This individual will be responsible for procurement, supplier relationships, logistics coordination, and ensuring materials and equipment are delivered on time and within budget across multiple construction sites.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company objectivesSource, negotiate, and manage supplier and subcontractor contractsEnsure timely procurement and delivery of materials, tools, and equipmentMonitor inventory levels and coordinate with project managers to forecast demandAnalyze supply chain data and performance to identify improvement areasManage logistics and transportation for inbound and outbound materialsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsLead and mentor the procurement and logistics teamRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain or procurement management, preferably in construction or engineering sectorsStrong negotiation and contract management skillsExcellent understanding of Dutch and EU procurement laws and regulationsProficient in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle SCM)Excellent communication and problem-solving skillsFluent in English; Dutch is highly preferredWhat We Offer:€60,000 - €80,000 per annumPension plan and healthcare contributionsOpportunities for professional development and trainingDynamic and collaborative work environment
