This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with a diverse, cross-regional team and directly impact the quality and effectiveness of global warehousing.You will play a pivotal role in:Shaping standardized practicesDriving continuous improvementSafeguarding operational excellence and qualitySuccessful candidates will bring curiosity, a proactive mindset, and a passion for innovation within a mission-driven environment, ultimately contributing to the company's commitment to serve patients worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesGlobal SOP & Work Instructions OwnershipDesign, document, and audit global SOPs and WIsEnsure compliance with warehousing quality requirementsAct as Owner/Editor of all Global Warehousing SOPs and WIs within CDOCSEngage stakeholders and ensure alignmentParticipate in corporate audits of warehousing & distribution quality processesBusiness ContinuityAuthor and revise the Warehouse Global Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Business Impact Analysis (BIA)Serve as a member of the Business Continuity TeamGlobal Warehousing TrainingDevelop training content, documentation, learning activities, and qualificationsManage training materials within CDOCS and LMSCollaborate with Learning & Performance (L&P) to assess training effectivenessEnsure qualified instructors are assigned for training deliveryStakeholder EngagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with Global Distribution, Quality, and Warehouse Network stakeholdersMust-Have RequirementsGxP knowledge and experienceExperience with Quality Management SystemsExperience in Warehouse & DistributionAbility to document processes in flows and SOPsAdditional RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Economics4+ years' experience in supply chain/logistics (preferably in pharma or regulated industry)Basic GMP knowledgeERP/WMS experience (preferably SAP EWM)Strong business process modeling skills (BPMN)Technical writing skillsFluency in English (oral and written)Proficiency in MS OfficePreferredExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)SCOR-P certificationAffinity for e-learning and training developmentExperience in matrix organizations and global collaboration
