Job Title: Supply Chain ManagerLocation: Trottäcker 24–26, Bad Säckingen, 79713, GermanyContract Type: PermanentAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and driven Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Bad Säckingen. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness across our manufacturing and logistics functions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the supply chain team, including warehousing, logistics, and transport operations.Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support business growth and operational excellence.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels, production schedules, and delivery performance.Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Travel to our other site in Germany (approximately a 6-hour drive away) up to 3 days per month.RequirementsMinimum of 5 years’ experience as a Supply Chain Manager in either:A manufacturer supplying parts to the automotive industry, or chemicals industry.Proven experience directly managing teams in supply chain, warehousing, logistics, or transport.Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken).Based locally or willing to relocate to the Bad Säckingen area.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Why Join Us?
