Our connected purpose is focused on ‘improving the world around us through smart thinking, simply delivered’ providing our customers real value.About the PositionAs the Supply Chain Manager, you’ll lead the planning function for our Maddington branch, ensuring production targets, inventory accuracy (DIO and Waste), and customer service metrics are met all while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Key responsibilities:Demonstrate a safety mindset and foster our Protect value proposition.Lead and coach high-performing teams across planning, procurement, and inventory.Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver on SLAs and customer commitments.Optimise inventory levels and eliminate stock-outs.Strengthen supplier relationships and drive delivery performance.Analyse KPIs including DIFOTIS, waste, and service fulfilment.Partner with production to monitor and improve operational efficiencyAbout YouYou’re a strategic, collaborative leader with deep experience in manufacturing supply chains.
