Supply Chain Manager

Company: An American MNC, office located at TTDI. Summary:Lead end-to-end supply chain operations by managing procurement, demand and supply planning, warehousing and distributions. Ensure everything runs efficiently and cost-effectively. Also guide and develop a high-performing team while driving continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop the supply chain team to achieve operational and strategic goals.Oversee demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory optimization.Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.Drive continuous improvement across sourcing, logistics, and fulfillment processes.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.Collaborate cross-functionally to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.Qualifications:At least 7 years of experience in supply chain management, including leadership roles.Familiar with Malaysian custom regulations and import / export documentation requirements.Experienced in working with 3P/4PL providers, and distribution partners in Malaysia.Good problem solving, analytical and decision making skills.
