Walker Cole International is currently searching for a Supply Chain Manager for a global healthcare organisation based in Sweden. As the Supply Chain Manager, you will lead production and supply planning for a key product category within the organisation’s European operations. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that ensure manufacturing efficiency, on-time delivery, and supply continuity across a complex, fast-moving network. Responsibilities:Develop and implement end-to-end supply and production planning strategies to meet customer demand and business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, commercial, and quality to ensure seamless supply execution.Analyse market trends and capacity data to optimise planning and resource allocation.Lead and mentor a team of planners to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company standards across all planning and supply activities.Utilise advanced analytical tools to improve manufacturing performance and mitigate potential supply risks.Contribute to strategic decision-making for new product launches and forecasting. Your profile:Degree qualified in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.Proven experience in production or supply planning within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sector.Proven track record of managing complex supply chain processes and delivering results in a matrix environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret and act on complex data.Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Adaptable, results-driven, and passionate about continuous improvement.
