You’re organized, super self-driven, can deliver, and have a “get stuff done” attitude.ResponsibilitiesGet data ready to support Supply Chain analysis, contributing to reaching cost targets.Own Ordering Process. Support and Execution of the Purchasing process, ensuring accurate quantities and timely deliverMonitor any shortage, help with replacements, and communicate it proactively with the Supply Chain team, Ops team, MarketPlace team, and Vendors.Track shortages with Receiving reports on a daily basis, and action consequently.Update Purchase Orders based on vendor’s confirmations.Assist with the Distribution Model Process, updating and sending Sales Orders.Minimum RequirementsInventory Management & multi-tasking skills with great attention to detail and aptitude for numbers.Intermediate/advanced user of Google Sheets/ExcelExperience in the Food Industry is a plus Since our HQ is located in the US, English is requiredWorking Schedule5 days a week, approximately 40 hours per week (total hours may vary as this role is driven by operational needs).Fixed shifts but workdays will be determined in coordination with the candidate.High likelihood of working on either Saturday or Sunday, based on operational demandsWork hours will depend on the kitchen they are assigned to, ranging from ~9:00 AM/12:00 PM ET to 6:00/9:00 PM ET.
