Further information about Lear is available at lear.com or on Twitter @LearCorporationSupply Chain PlannerYour duties will include: Manage suppliers to resolve escalated critical supply constraints and ensure continuity of supply into Lear's Electronics manufacturing facilities, including deciding allocation between plants of incoming supplyWork with external suppliers and Lear internal cross functional teams (manufacturing, quality, engineering, purchasing, program management) as the leader in escalations to drive short and long-term corrective actions. Including developing and communicating presentation to Lear customers related to continuity of supplyWork closely with the commodity purchasing team to provide insight and guidance on market and supplier capacityManage assigned suppliers to proactively evaluate risk to supply based on operations plan, tier III/sub-supplier material stocking plans, and capacityDevelop supplier relationships with both sales and operational teams within the suppliers’ organizationRequired skills:Experience in plant material procurement / material planning for min. 5 yearsEffective and clear communicator Fluency in English Ability to work with different functional groups Analytical skillsERP experience; proficiency in Excel and Power Point
