Job Description

DescriptionACP Business is seeking a Supply Planner to support Advanced Circuit and Packaging business growth. The role is accountable for supply planning within required horizon to meet detailed production scheduling, also accountable for the formal planning and execution of all tactical level processes required to secure and manage material supply based on a forward-looking production plan. Point person between the supply organization and plant to clearly define / understand short term production issues and mid-term supply needs between the organizations. Utilizes detailed capacity plans, and interfaces with area managers and supervisors and/or production teams.ResponsibilitiesKey Processes Accountability Develop Mid and review Short-Term Supply Plan with suppliers base on rolling forecast; Develop and provide expected demand for ingredients and packaging materials to suppliers on regular basis. Obtain supply capability confirmation. Identify and initiate response to raw material service/quality complaints from manufacturing. Initiate return material process involving QA and Sourcing. Sustain healthy inventory level by effective DSI, aging and non-stand inventory review. Maintain accurate raw material and supplier master data including planning parameters such as order quantities or lot sizes, lead times and safety stocks, supports and escalates issues with BOM, recipes etc.Product Supply Initiate and execute short and mid-term supply optimization from given production plan under demand and plant cost and capacity structure and communicate to the organization Create, validate and maintain a valid materials plan based upon the Master Production Schedule. Monitoring production/purchasing orders & assuring closed as needed, accurate production/purchasing orders are used to maintain system & data integrity. Coordinate secondary processing of finished product (e.g., rework and repackaging). Primary interface with local suppliers from supply chain.Financial Impact of Operations & Improvement Execute the plans for non-productive raw materials for disposition. Manage health of raw materials, semi-finished and packaging materials.Qualifications Fluent English both in Reading, Writing and in Oral Communication. BS/BA with Supply Chain major is preferred. Good communicator and influencer who can negotiate with different levels in the organization. Able to facilitate discussions towards resolution. Process oriented, strong time management skills and result oriented. SAP, Excel, PPT etc. competency or ability to learn quickly on the job are required.
