Job Title: Supply Chain Planning ManagerLocation: Dublin, IrelandEmployment Type: Full-time | On-siteAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager to join our team in Dublin. This role is responsible for leading production planning, material coordination, and inventory control to support biologics manufacturing operations. You will ensure smooth execution of the production schedule while driving efficiency, compliance, and operational excellence across cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee production planning and scheduling activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency within SAP.Schedule and release process orders while coordinating with Manufacturing and Weigh & Dispense teams to ensure just-in-time material availability.Partner with Manufacturing, QA, Validation, MS&T, Maintenance, and Finance to optimize planning systems and production workflows.Conduct strategic inventory analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives through OpEx programs.Manage new material introductions, product changes, and supply chain projects.Act as the Supply Chain Planning representative in key project and manufacturing meetings.Collaborate with planner/buyers to execute material requirements in alignment with production plans.Lead and support supply chain investigations and change controls, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a science-related discipline.Minimum 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Manufacturing, with expertise in production planning, scheduling, and inventory management.Proficiency in SAP (ERP systems), Microsoft Excel, and Quality Management Systems.Experience in cGMP biologics or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification desirable.Knowledge of Syncade MES is an advantage.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.Why Join UsYou’ll be part of a forward-thinking organization that values precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
