Job Description
Position SummaryTate and Lyle are looking for a Supply Chain Planner in Lille Skensved, Denmark.You will be responsible for delivery performance and coordination with customer service and the line technician regarding OTIF as well as responsible for the setup of all labels.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily planning of finished goods to ensure high On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) performance.Provide daily input to line technicians to determine optimal lot sizes and blending schedules.Facilitate daily coordination meetings and weekly planning meetings.Act as SAP Super User for modules MM, PP, and WM, offering support to Customer Service, Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and Production and provide SAP support and troubleshooting.Maintain and update planning-related master data in SAP.Support the Supply Chain Assistant in managing finished goods (FG) warehouse and FG blending operations within SAP.Collaborate closely with Project Specialist and other Supply Chain Planners to proactively improve planning and supply chain processes.Initiate and lead tasks or projects that enhance SKV’s profitability, in coordination with the Supply Chain Manager.Drive continuous improvement in OTIF delivery performance and inventory levels from SKV.Support with customer complaints within agreed lead times.Perform ad-hoc tasks and analysis as needed to support supply chain operations and decision-making.Qualifications & SkillsEducational background within Supply Chain, engineering, or equivalentExisting experience and knowledge within Supply chainStrong understanding and interest of production and planning processesStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support decision-makingAdvanced SAP user (MM, WM, PP modules) and strong skills in Excel and MS Power BI.Proficient in both English and Danish, both written and verbally.Flexible, service-oriented mindset with a strong aptitude for systems and process optimization.Why Choose Us?At Tate And Lyle, We Offer a Total Rewards Package Designed To Support Your Well-being, Growth, And Work-life Balance.
