Supply Chain & Planning Executive (FMCG) We’re looking for a passionate Supply Chain & Planning Executive to help build a best-in-class Operations function for our fast-growing portfolio of Direct-to-Consumer brands across Southeast Asia.What You’ll Do Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations: order management, supplier coordination, production scheduling, freight & 3PL management. Lead sales & inventory planning, including demand forecasting, stock allocation, and managing working capital and expiry risks. Track and evaluate vendor/3PL performance to ensure quality, speed, and cost efficiency. Work closely with finance, brand, sourcing, and product teams to support smooth daily operations. Set up and maintain dashboards and reporting using WMS tools and Google Sheets to drive data-based decisions. Run operational improvement projects, map processes, create SOPs, and drive continuous optimisation. What We’re Looking For 2+ years’ experience in Supply Chain, Operations, or Demand Planning—preferably from fast-paced, high-growth environments. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related fields. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating across teams and countries. Proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. Passion for e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands. Fluent in English and Mandarin — required to liaise with suppliers, vendors, and partners in multiple regions.
