This key role will be responsible for planning and managing end-to-end supply chain activities for either Export Markets or Local Distribution, depending on organizational needs.This is an exciting opportunity for supply chain professionals to contribute to a dynamic and globally competitive FMCG operation.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Supply Chain Planning: Develop and execute strategies for efficient, cost-effective product movement across markets.Demand Forecasting & Inventory Management: Analyze sales and trend data to forecast demand, maintain ideal stock levels, and avoid shortages or overstock.Supplier & Logistics Coordination: Engage with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure on-time and quality delivery.Risk Mitigation & Issue Resolution:Quickly identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to keep the supply chain running smoothly.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with Business Development, Sales, Production, and Warehouse teams to synchronize plans and activities.Performance Monitoring & Reporting:Track KPIs (e.g. lead times, OTIF, cost metrics) and report results and insights to management.Qualifications & RequirementsDegree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or relevant field. 3 to 5+ years in supply chain planning, operations, inventory control, or logistics.Experience with MRP systems and planning tools is an advantage.Solid track record of managing order fulfillment and supply chain processes.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in Excel and data analysis.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities.Knowledge of inventory methods (e.g. FIFO, LIFO) is a plus.Why Join Axelum?At Axelum, you’ll be part of a dynamic organization that values innovation, teamwork, and operational excellence.
