We are the leading provider in B2B omnichannel commerce for business equipment and are looking for motivated individuals to shape the future of work with us.TAKKT group is expanding its presence in Budapest, Hungary, to host the new European TAKKT Competence Center (TCC). This expansion means we will be hiring highly skilled experts in digital and future-focused competencies, ensuring that we remain competitive and customer-centric as we embrace new technologies, including AI.As a vital member of our Supply Chain team, you won’t just manage existing workflows, you’ll help design and implement smarter, more efficient processes. We're looking for someone who’s eager to take an active role in automating operations and driving continuous improvement across the board.Key Responsibilities:Developing and refining process frameworks for tool-based determination of order quantities, ensuring optimal inventory levels and service performanceDriving system optimization initiatives, with a focus on enhancing forecast accuracy and responsiveness to dynamic market conditionsMaintaining and improving item and disposition data, including proactive adjustments to forecasting modelsManaging the end-to-end ordering process, including purchase order creation, delivery tracking, order confirmation checks, and supplier communicationCollaborating closely with cross-functional teams—Sales, Logistics, Purchasing, and Performance Management—to align processes and share insightsSupporting the coordination of goods inflow, with a focus on maximizing transport efficiency and minimizing delaysTaking ownership of adjacent processes, such as complaint handling and returnsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, logistics or related fieldor a comparable qualification4 to 6 years of experience in replenishment, disposition and / or inventory management --- preferably in a trading companyStrong analytical skills and high affinity for numbersStrong communication skills, resilience, and ability to work in a teamHigh service orientation towards all interface functionsExperience with ERP or demand planning tools is a plus (e.g., MS O365, MS Dynamics AX, SO 99+, Slim4, AS 400, WMS, Tableau, JIRA, etc.)Fluency in German and English is requiredWhy Join Us?Work in an innovative, collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.Opportunity to shape the future of integration and automation technologies.Competitive salary and benefits package.SZÉP cardPrivate health insurance after the 3 months probationModern office location with ergonomic workspaces, and an collaborative atmosphereFlexible working hours with a hybrid model requiring 60% office presenceIf you're looking for a dynamic and data-driven work environment, TAKKT AG offers exciting opportunities to grow and innovate.
