Our highly specialized and experienced personnel are pivotal in meeting ambitious objectives and advancing the company's capabilities to better serve our customers.We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Professional to join our Imports/Exports team.ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be involved in the following activities:Administration of goods shipment/tracking and evaluation of transport offersTransport cost budgeting administrationCoordinating transports and ensuring on time shipments, review of orders and coordination of shipping documentsPreparation of shipping instructions for the import & export documentsGrouping material in each customs duty code, ordering and monitoring of cargo's customs clearance, and issuance of import & export certificationsCarrying out external work in public authorities related to the receipt of export documents, where is demanded Ensuring cargo's insuranceCoordination of loads in collaboration with the Warehouses DepartmentCooperation with the Departments of Production, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse and AccountingRequirementsAt least 5 years of experience in the supply chain field including duties related with imports-exports coordinationUpdated Knowledge of existing laws and requirements of the Public Sector related with the specific fieldExcellent use of English language, both written and spoken, coupled with knowledge of the corresponding terminologyExcellent oral communication & in written skillsOrganizational skills Ability to work effectively within a teamAbility to initiative in managing critical case problemsUnderstanding of tariff classification and proper management of customs formalitiesBenefitsINTRACOM TELECOM offers an excellent working environment that fosters team spirit, collaboration, and continuous learning.
