Job Description

Supply Chain Project Manager Responsible for leading and managing strategic supply chain initiatives across procurement, logistics, inventory management, contracts, end-users and vendor coordination. This role ensures timely execution of projects, drives process improvements, and supports cross-functional collaboration to enhance supply chain efficiency and resilience.Key Responsibilities:Project Management:Lead end-to-end supply chain projects including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Stakeholder Coordination:Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Clinical Teams) and external vendors.Facilitate regular meetings and updates with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.Process Improvement:Identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements across supply chain functions.Implement automation and digital tools to streamline operations.Contracts Management:Support the development, review, and monitoring of contracts.Ensure contract terms are aligned with procurement strategies and compliance requirements.Coordinate with legal team to resolve contract-related issues and ensure timely renewals or amendments.Risk & Compliance Management:Monitor supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.Reporting & Analytics:Prepare and present project status reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards.Analyze data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.Tender & Procurement Support:Coordinate with technical and commercial teams for tender evaluations.Support escalation protocols and ensure timely PR processing to avoid stock shortages.Bilingual candidates preferred Education A Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a field related to the role required,
