Supply Chain Security ManagerTo drive the rollout of our Supply Chain Security Management System and enable our Third Party Risk Management across critical suppliers, we are hiring a Supply Chain Security Manager. In this role, you will interface with internal Stakeholders and Suppliers to define, negotiate, drive implementation of, and audit, security requirements of u-blox towards it’s critical suppliers.As part of the Corporate Security, Continuity & Risk Management department, you will closely collaborate with other security managers and experts in the u-blox Corporate Security Organization and stakeholders in other functions to develop, continuously improve, and ensure implementation of security policies and standards.This role reports to the Chief Security Officer, and is available in Athens, Greece.Your Responsibilities,Support Supply Chain Security across all functionsDefine and roll out Supply Chain Security policies, processes and standardsInterface with the Information Security Manager, Product Security Manager and other internal stakeholders to identify Security Requirements towards suppliers, and drives inclusion of these in contracts and work ordersIdentify and assess internal and external Supply Chain Security Threats and Risks with relevance for u-blox Products, Services, Information Assets and IT Systems, support Security Manager, Product Security Manager and other internal stakeholders with definition of mitigations, reviews implementation and reports residual risks & KPIs to the Corporate Security Manager and Corporate Security SteeringInterface with Suppliers, Certification Bodies, Customers and other external Stakeholders regarding Supply Chain Security Requirements, Threats, Vulnerabilities, and IncidentsDrive identification and resolution of supply chain / sourcing security issuesSupport the CSO and Business Continuity Manager in addressing Supply Chain Continuity risks and customer requestsCoordinate the Supply Chain Security Horizontal Team to ensure stakeholder involvement in definition, rollout and continuous improvement of Supply Chain Security Processes and StandardsYour Qualifications, Skills and Experience,Hands on experience in Security-related roles, with specific experience related to supplier-securityDegree in Computer Science or Comparable Fields, specific security certifications and / or knowledge of common supply chain security standards (e.g. ISO28000) and regulations (AEO, C-TPAT, TAPA) would be a plus (e.g. CISA, CISSP, CEH, OSCP…)Previous experience in project management, communication, negotiating, training and coaching, and handling conflict situationAn analytical mind with excellent problem-solving abilityAbility to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT systemsAbility and willingness to travel globally up to 10% of timeVery good English skills, both spoken and written, German and/or Chinese would be a plusRequirements,EU/EFTA citizen or resident with valid work permit for GreecePerks and Benefits,A multicultural and international company with over 60 different nationalitiesProject-based activities working with colleagues distributed across the globe.A start-up and innovation mindset while in the process of scaling-up processes and efficienciesModern offices located in Maroussi region with nearby Metro, Suburban and Bus linesHybrid working model & flexible working hoursWork from abroad daysA strong learning environment and regular career discussionsBonus and LTI planMedical/Life Insurance & Private Pension PlanLunch allowance, parking lot or public transportation cardRelocation package… and discover even more by talking with us!Learn more about u-blox and its mission by reading here !Join a company that is customer-oriented, encourages creative thinking, looks for efficiency, fosters collaboration and team spirit, and upholds integrity and trust in all interactions.We see diversity as a strength and promote a culture of inclusion among our employees.
