Job DescriptionThe Impact You’ll Make in this RoleAs a Supply Chain Senior Analyst, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.Here, You Will Make An Impact ByCreating and distributing reports to support network and manufacturing planners; handling OEM capacity portals for automotive customersManaging exceptions throughout the global distribution network, determining how best to resolve supply constraints to balance service, inventory, and cost, in the best interest of the supply chain as a wholeBeing accountable for inventory (NWI) and planning parametersProactively communicating supply status and potential risks while leading issue resolution to ensure supply continuityCollaborating with relevant stakeholders (EMEA and Global Business, Sourcing, Lean Value Stream Manager, IBP, Manufacturing) to highlight and resolve gaps, challenges, and operational performance issuesYour Skills And ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:Relevant experiences in Supply Chain PlanningStrong analytical skillsDemonstrate initiative, adaptability, and problem-solving skillsAdvanced English – spoken and written (B2)Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited universityAdditional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Multi-cultural awareness and emotional intelligenceLean Six Sigma experienceExcellent communication skillsSAP knowledge is plusSupporting Your Well-being 3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
