Supply Chain Specialist

Responsibilities:Plan and coordinate transportation (road, rail) and ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods.Manage procurement of direct materials based on production requirements and inventory levels.Oversee warehouse operations, material flow, and inventory accuracy.Optimize logistics processes for efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.Lead, train, and supervise logistics and warehouse team members.Maintain transport documentation, supplier contracts, and compliance with regulations.Collaborate with production to align logistics plans with schedules.Requirements:University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, or related field.3-5 years experience in logistics, transportation, or procurement; supervisory experience preferred.Strong knowledge of transport documentation and commercial contracts (Incoterms).Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred).Advanced English (written and spoken).Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
