Job Description

Responsibilities:1. Handle and deliver European spare parts orders, and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely shipment;2. Manage abnormal issues in the spare parts warehouse, promptly address material shortages and customers' special requirements to guarantee on-time delivery;3. Process settlement, refund and other businesses related to spare parts orders, ensuring timely and accurate settlement;4. Manage spare parts accounting and conduct daily data monitoring and analysis;5. Undertake other work related to spare parts/logistics operations, including payment settlement for logistics suppliers;6. Perform other related duties as assigned.Requirements:1. Possess certain experience in logistics order processing or customs clearance;2. Prior experience in B2B customer communication is preferred;3. Good communication and data analysis skills;4. Meticulous and patient in work, and able to work under certain pressure;5. Fluent in English.
