About the companyThis international organisation operates within pharmaceuticals and supports global product supply across the EMEA region. The Product Management team plays a crucial role in ensuring successful product launches and managing lifecycle activities within the supply chain. The team is diverse, collaborative, and focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.Role descriptionAs a Supply Chain Specialist, you will support the product management team in coordinating product launches and lifecycle activities for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The position requires strong analytical abilities, proactive ownership and the willingness to learn multiple processes during an intensive training period. Responsibilities will gradually increase as you demonstrate competence. Within the team, members often become subject matter experts in specific areas and support colleagues across the department.Key responsibilitiesSupport the end-to-end product launch and lifecycle management activities within the supply chain for EMEA.Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and act as a point of contact for product-related processes.Manage and maintain product documentation using internal document management systems.Contribute to process improvements and support the adoption of new digital and AI-driven tools.Assist with product data accuracy and system updates in SAP and related platforms.Provide timely support to senior team members and take ownership of assigned tasks.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.Up to two years of relevant experience; graduates with the right background will also be considered.Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).Proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative after training.Tech-savvy, with experience in SAP and/or Viva (DMS) as a plus.APICS certification or supply chain education is preferred.GMP experience is beneficial but not required.
