We are equally committed to upholding labor and human rights and fostering a diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace, where every team member is valued and empowered to thrive.We are expanding our Logistics Hub and looking for a new team member on the position of Supply Chain Specialist.YOUR ROLEProviding POs to suppliers in accordance with their requirements Obtaining internal approvals for ordersEnsuring up-to-date and accurate supplier invoice data after warehouse manager confirmation that received products match the documentation (order)Expediting / postponing deliveries when necessaryCommunicating with suppliers regarding shipments of ordered goodsEnsuring timely product delivery; if delayed, obtaining and relaying new delivery timeframes from suppliersOrganizing transport for inbound deliveriesMaintaining vendor and SKU data baseOverall communication with vendors, warehouse, planning, customer service and quality departmentMaintaining an up-to-date and accurate database of all ordersPreparing reports on procurement and supply as neededMaintaining regular contact with suppliers and subcontractorsHandling vendors claim reportsEnsuring strong Supply Chain performance taking care of the whole process - from order placement to shipment, billing and keeping track of back ordersPreparation of other reports in the field of orders and supply (if necessary)Ensuring personal level of knowledge in terms of new products, internal processes, and systemsOther tasks (email communication, requests from markets, communication with external accounting agency if needed etc.)Ensure full compliance in implementation of professional activities and enhances good image of Swixx BioPharma.  YOUR PROFILEAt least secondary education in economics and finance or another relevant fieldAt least 1 year of experience in a related business area preferably in pharma industry (Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Procurement, Customer Service, or equivalent)Strong verbal and written knowledge of English Knowledge of pharmaceutical market & customersKnowledge of MS Office and NavisionAnalytical skills for independent problem solving relatively straightforward challenges and more complex problems with supportEffective supply chain orientation with exceptional interpersonal and communication competenciesAbility to work with all levels of organizations and build relationships across all organizationsAbility to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines WHAT YOU GET IN RETURNLong-term employment, starting with a probationary periodOpportunity to contribute and grow in a dynamic, supply-focused environmentBeing part of a team driven by a causeGain experience in multinational fast-growing companyCollaborate with experienced and knowledgeable colleagues We look forward to receiving applications from candidates who meet the above job requirements and are excited about this opportunity.Please get in touch with us by submitting your resume and a short cover letter outlining your qualifications and experience to address: careers.slovenia@swixxbiopharma.com with the caption “Suppl Chain Specialist” by November 10th 2025.
