With maintaining over 31,200 sites globally, ieng Group is committed to driving growth in infrastructure management.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Supply Chain Supervisor, with a primary location in Dar el Beida District and some flexibility for remote work. The Supply Chain Supervisor will oversee daily supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, vendor coordination, and logistics planning. Key responsibilities include ensuring the timely flow of materials, monitoring stock levels, maintaining supplier relationships, and optimizing supply chain processes to improve efficiency. The role also requires analyzing data to identify cost-saving opportunities and regularly reporting on supply chain performance to management.QualificationsSupply Chain and Logistics Management expertise, including inventory control and demand planningKnowledge of Procurement and Vendor Relationship ManagementExperience in Data Analysis, including strong proficiency with tools like Excel, ERP systems, or similarOrganizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple priorities effectivelyExcellent Communication and Interpersonal skills for teamwork and vendor negotiationsAttention to detail and problem-solving abilities, particularly for identifying process inefficienciesEducational qualification such as a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field6–10 years of experience in the telecom or infrastructure industry is a plusCIPS Level 6 certification is a plus.At ieng, you’ll be part of a multicultural environment where innovation, collaboration, and impact matter.
