该职位来源于猎聘 Job Description The Associate, Supply Chain Integration role is part of Wayfair’s Global Partner Support (GPS) Integration Team, which manages supplier integrations end-to-end — from API/EDI setup and testing to program enablement for CastleGate, Dropship, B2B, and Multichannel. This role is based in China and requires fluency in both English and Mandarin. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in North America and Europe, supporting Wayfair’s Asia-based suppliers as they integrate with our systems and expand across global programs. The Associate plays a key role in ensuring smooth and timely supplier integrations by coordinating setup activities, resolving technical issues, and partnering with internal tech partners and operations teams to deliver a best-in-class supplier experience. You will help identify process improvement opportunities, maintain data accuracy, and enable suppliers to adopt Wayfair’s digital tools efficiently. Responsibilities In this specialist role, you will focus on maintaining a high standard of operational commitment to our suppliers. You can potentially expect to:Manage supplier integration setup requests, including API and EDI configurations, testing, and VAN connections.Troubleshoot and resolve supplier connection issues, partnering with technical teams to minimize disruption.Collaborate across time zones with NA and EU counterparts to ensure 24/7 global coverage and consistency in support.Maintain accurate supplier configuration data and document process updates in alignment with SOPs.Escalate complex technical issues (e.g., PartnerLinq bugs, mapping or data exchange failures) to Tier 2 or Tier 3 teams as needed.Identify and communicate opportunities for workflow optimization and automation.Build strong working relationships with suppliers, internal teams, and regional stakeholders. Basic QualificationsFluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) required.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military/work experienceSkill at time management and prioritization, working well under tight SLAsAnalytical, creative, and innovative approach to solving problemsStrong organization skills and attention to detailAbility to work effectively with people in a cross-functional environmentConfidence as a self-starter, able to work with limited supervisionPassion for solving complex business problemsExperience with collaborative G Suite tools or their Microsoft/Open Office equivalentsAdaptability to constant evolution of workload, processes and expectationsAbility to learn new systems quicklyMust be able to consider multiple approaches and not be limited by how things were done historically1-2 years of experience in supply chain operations, API/EDI integration, or technical onboarding preferred.
